Curtis Champion, 27 Apr 2018.
A suite of manuals that describe best practises for collecting data from the marine environment have been created and made publicly available by the team at the Marine Biodiversity Hub, National Environmental Science Program.
These manuals provide practical step-by-step instructions for designing and implementing marine surveys. The manuals have been endorsed by 70 researchers, managers and technicians from multiple agencies with a variety of experience and subject-matter expertise. These are a wonderful contribution to science and management, and are freely available for download here: https://www.nespmarine.edu.au/field-manuals
