Marine life spawns sooner as our oceans warm

Warming seas are impacting the breeding cycles and habitat of marine life, according to a recently published three-year international study (including Australia's CSIRO). Read the full article in The Conversation here.

Areas like the Tasman sea and Tasmania's east coast are warming rapidly, according to the study. Species like these Yellowtail kingfish are being seen further south than usual in Tasmanian waters (as spotted by Mick Baron on Redmap).
